對於防疫工作手部的衛生是日常生活中非常重要的一環。本研究利用擦拭法檢測總菌落數及大腸桿菌群,在手部之手掌進行微生物現況之調查,並利用肥皂、濕紙巾及自製乾洗手劑進行消毒效能之比較,研究結果顯示,一般市售肥皂對手部殺菌效果隨時間增加殺菌率提高且有穩定性,而對大腸桿菌菌落數的抑制效果也較好;自製手工肥皂以添加無患子萃取液肥皂殺菌率最佳,能以90%的殺菌率維持30分鐘;溼紙巾則以含有二氧化氯自製溼紙巾為佳,殺菌效果好且具有穩定性,在30分鐘後還有96%的殺菌效果、大腸桿菌群殺菌率也有99.6%;自製乾洗手劑在消毒5分鐘後就有85%的殺菌效果,而殺菌效果一直持續到40分鐘還有96%的殺菌率,隨著時間的增加殺菌效果也會跟著增加。乾洗手劑殺菌消毒面廣、劑量小、效果好、作用速度快、持續時間長,因此,以上清潔方式以攜帶方便不需水的手部消毒方式,乾洗手劑比較能有效抑制手部微生物。
英文摘要
Hand hygiene was very important in our life. Therefore, this study used the wipe assay of total CFU and coliform to investigate the numbers of bacteria on in palms. In addition, soaps, wet paper towels, and hand cleansers were applied to compare their disinfection efficiency. Results showed that the disinfection efficiency of commercial soaps increased in an increasing the sampling time with a higher stability. In addition, the soaps also have a better efficiency on inhibitory of E. coli colonies. Among these soaps, the one with the extract of soapberry is the best, which can keep 90 % of disinfection efficiency for total bacteria in 30 minutes. For the wet paper towels containing chlorine dioxide, the disinfection efficiency of total bacteria and E. coli are 96 % and 99.6 %, respectively. By using the hand cleanser synthesized in our laboratory, the efficiency was 85 % after 5 minutes and even could be 96 % after 40 minutes; the efficiency increased with increasing the time of disinfection. The hand cleanser can be applied widely because low use dosage, high disinfection efficiency in short time and long effective time. Therefore, it is convenient to carry and use without water for inhibiting the microorganisms in palms.
