現今科技產業發展快速,氨是一個非常普遍的問題,若廢污水當中之高濃度氨氮,未妥善的處理將會造成許多環境問題,如優養化等。本研究利用膜接觸面積為4.0 cm*7.0 cm之掃流式薄膜接觸系統(Membrane contactor,MC),以離子交換之方式處理高濃度氨氮廢水去除水溶液中NH4^+。實驗結果顯示,使用商業PTFE膜於氯化銨水溶液pH值11時,操作300分鐘NH4^+初始濃度自851.2 mg/L下降至340.4mg/L,去除率60.01%;以自行製備之PVDF膜高分子濃度為12 wt%之薄膜,NH4^+初始濃度自799.8 mg/L下降至175.7 mg/L,去除率達78.03%。
英文摘要
High-tech industries have been rapidly developing for the last two decades in Taiwan, which also results in high concentrations of various nitrogenous compounds in the wastewater, such as eutrophication. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes with asymmetric structures and good hydrophobicity have been prepared by a phase-inversion method and applied for removal of ammonia from water by membrane contactor. Aqueous solution containing sulfuric acid was used as stripping solution to accelerate the removal of ammonia.It was found that the investigation of membrane contactor by module I revealed that the NH4+ removal of PTFE and PVDF (12 wt%) was 60.01% and 78.03%. Therefore, membrane contact system had great potential for future applications in wastewater treatment with high strength of ammonium.
