高齡者休閒教育模式之研究

隨著經濟蓬勃發展，國民所得大幅提升，加上科技的進步，勞力投入的減少，工作及家事時間的縮減，人們充分享受物質生活之餘，也逐漸重視精神生活，而高齡少子化的結果，代間不再如往常般密不可分，為了使高齡者延緩生理老化、促進休閒效益、提升生活品質，達到身、心、靈合一的目的，高齡休閒教育逐漸受到重視；而國內外探討休閒教育的研究相當豐富，但大部分的研究僅侷限於量化的問卷調查，探討不同背景變項之間的差異，而有關「高齡者休閒教育指標之建構」及「高齡者休閒教育評量模式之檢證」卻付之闕如，因此本研究，希望能建構高齡者休閒教育之指標，及檢證高齡者休閒教育評量模式之適配度。本研究結論為（一）建構驗證模式，貢獻學術研究；（二）落實休閒觀念，培育專業人才；（三）提昇休閒覺知，延緩生理老化；（四）強化休閒技能，提高生活品質；（五）善用休閒資源，促進休閒效益；（六）重視休閒倫理，發展永續價值。
