環境污染問題在臺灣日趨嚴重,若能鼓勵學生參與監督環境的工作,將會對污染的減少有所幫助。為了達到自然環境永續的發展,各國政府都積極投入環境保護的工作。在環境保護的相關課程中,大多會介紹生活中的有害物質,如苯、戴奧辛等,也介紹一些汽機車排放廢氣中的有毒物質,如SOx,NOx,CO,Pb等。然而,環境中的污染物質並不會因學生的學習而消失,還必頇經由實際的行動參與來減少污染的產生。如何讓學生積極參與環境保護的具體行動,對環境教育而言是一項挑戰。在環境課程中要求每一位學生到環保署網站上檢舉高污染車輛,試圖將能實際解決問題的政府網路資源融入於教學之中。在課程結束後,本研究對128位實際參與檢舉排放污染物車輛活動的大學生進行問卷調查,結果顯示有91.4%學生認為檢舉活動對環境保護有幫助,有74.6%學生會鼓勵其他人一起參與檢舉活動,有70.3%學生願意在課程結束後持續參與檢舉工作。環境教育課程中應融入政府有效的網路資源,來幫助學生了解真實問題解決的完整程序。
英文摘要
The problem of environmental pollution is getting more serious in Taiwan, and encouraging students to be involved in supervisory works is useful for reducing contamination. In order to maintain sustainable natural resources, a majority of countries all over the world pay close attention to environmental protection at present. In the courses of environmental protection, we introduce the harmful chemical material in life, for example benzene, dioxin, etc.; and also the noxious substance of gas waste emitted by the vehicles such as SOx, NOx, CO, Pb. These noxious substances do not disappear automatically from the environment via our understanding unless we take concrete action. The great challenge that the teacher faces is how to make students participate in concrete activities of environmental protection. In order to incorporate website resources of the government in the environmental education, thus students were asked to report polluting vehicles on the website of Environmental Protection Administration Department as an assignment. A questionnaire survey was administered among 128 participating students after the class was completed. The statistics showed there are 91.4% of students who thought it was helpful for the environment to report visible air pollution vehicles. 74.6% of students were willing to encourage other people to participate in these kinds of activities and 70.3% of students were willing to take part in reporting work continuously after the courses ended. Utilizing website resources of the government in environmental courses can promote students to care about the pollution issues.
