國內對於影響大學生心理健康的因素,及其影響途徑為何之研究,數量不多也未得到清楚的解釋。本研究嘗試建構一個因果模式,加入價值觀、就學動機和社會網絡等中介變項,以期能對學生心理健康之影響機制,做出有實證支持的發現。本研究以國立台東大學2005年的學生問卷調查資料作分析,統計分析使用了因素分析、多元迴歸和路徑分析等方法。主要研究發現有:\r1.就學動機對學生自我肯定感有顯著影響。2.價值觀對學生憂鬱感有顯著影響。\r3.人際關係好,可以提高自我肯定感、降低憂鬱感。4.大一和大二學生比其他年級之自我肯定感顯著偏低、憂鬱感顯著偏高。\r5.公費生的自我肯定感比自費生高,憂鬱感則無顯著差異。\r最後,根據研究結果,對未來研究及學校輔導提出建議。
英文摘要
There are not many studies on undergraduates’ mental health in Taiwan, and their results didn’t obtain clear explanation on the influential factors. This study aims to establish a causal model to add three mediate variables, sense of values, academic motivation and social network, in order to explore the influential mechanism of undergraduates’ mental health. The author uses the data the questionnaire on undergraduates in the National Taitung University in 2005 with factor analysis, multiple regression and path analysis. The findings of this study are as follows:The academic motivation is significant influent on the sense of self-affirmation.The sense of value is significant influent on the sense of depression.Undergraduates own well relationship can improve the sense of self-affirmation and reduce the sense of depression.Freshmen and sophomores present significantly lower sense of self-affirmation and higher sense of depression than others.The government-supported students have significantly higher sense of self-affirmation than the self-financed students; however, it is no significant variance on the sense of depression.Finally, based on the findings, I offer some suggestions for the future study and school tutoring as reference.
