大學生參與社團活動、人際關係、學業成就與就業力培養之關係研究

A Study of the Influence on Competence of Employability among Extracurricular Activities, Social Relationship and Academic Achievement in College Students

為因應少子化衝擊，期透過了解大學生參與社團活動、人際關係、學業成就對培養就業力之徑路關係，以瞭解學校該如何改善現有行政或教學制度，以提升大學生畢業就業力，以增加學校招生的競爭力。本研究以「台灣高等教育資料庫」所釋出的「92學年度大三學生問卷調查」及「93學年度大專畢業生畢業後一年問卷調查」之數據，進行次級資料分析，研究樣本共8565筆，以結構方程模式（SEM）進行統計分析。研究結果顯示：參與社團活動對人際關係與就業力有正向效果；但參與社團活動卻對學業成就為負向效果；大學生參與社團活動，會藉由人際關係的中介，間接的影響就業力的培養，此外，學業成就並無法直接或間接的影響就業力的培養。最後，根據上述研究結果提出研究建議，供教育人員及學生提出建議。

This study aims to explore and understand the path of relationship among collegestudents’ extracurricular activities, social relationship, and academic achievement tocultivate the competence of graduates’ employability due to the trend of fewer children.The results can help the school administrators to understand how to improve theadministrative and teaching system to enhance the school’s competence for enrollingthe new students. There are 8565 effective questionnaires data collected from thesurvey for junior in 92 study years and for one-graduated graduates in 93 study yearsthrough the Integrated Higher Education Databases System in Taiwan. StructuralEquation Modeling methods was used to describe and analyze the information. Theresults revealed that joining the extracurricular activities is positive effective on socialrelationship and employability. But joining the extracurricular activities is negativeeffect on educational achievement. College students participating extracurricularactivities can influence the competence of employability indirectly through the social relationship to be intermediary. Besides, the academic achievement can’t inf luencethe competence of employability directly or indirectly. Moreover, the study shedsnew lights on administrative, students and further researches in terms of enhancingcompetence of employability for college students.
