"Seaman" is an important human resources for shipping enterprise, so how to enhance effectively the seaman's job satisfactions is a great subject of the organization management. The purpose of this research is discussing about the seaman's job satisfaction factors which the company can control from the external environment faces. By collection of related literatures and deck officer's opinion responded as a knowledge base of the seaman work management, using the first-order logic to proceed resolution and derivation. The eight in knowledge base of work management combine with expressing knowledge which confirmed the declarative sentence of supposes in advance. Finally, we based on the seaman different status, connubiality to reason the level of relations in the knowledge. This research plans for the first-order logic deduction method based on the knowledge reasoning, the construction of knowledge base of work management can provide for shipping companies an important norm to proceed the work management of seaman in the future. |
