臺灣西部國際商港水域海難事故之分析

An Analysis of Marine Casualties of the International Commercial Port on the West Coast of Taiwan

本文運用灰色關聯系統分析台灣西岸之基隆、台中、高雄三大國際商港水域之海難事故，並以其中較與航行安全有關者之碰撞、觸礁或擱淺、觸碰、火災或爆炸、機械故障與傾斜或傾覆等六項，以及海難事故類型與事故地點，採用灰色關聯矩陣運算及分析，探討出其相關性，以期作為改善台灣西岸港口水域海上交通安全之參考。

This research paper, based on the Gray Relational Analysis system, analyzes the marine casualties in the areas of three international commercial ports of Taiwan, including Keelung, Taichung and Kaohsiung harbor, with respect to different causes like collision； stranding/grounding, contact, fire/explosion, damage to machinery and list/capsize. The relationship between the types of marine casualties and accident sites is indicated by the Gray Relational Matrix and propose for the concerned parties in connection of improving the marine traffic safety in harbor area on the west coast of Taiwan.
