This study is to discuss the relationships among organizational culture, communication satisfaction and organizational trust, and whether communication satisfaction is the intermediary effect for organizational culture and organizational trust. The organization culture affects personal performance inside organization; this study concludes team cooperation and the specialty innovation of organizational culture could give more satisfaction for employee. There are more factors to affect communication satisfaction and organizational trust. In order to improve the employees' communication satisfaction and organizational trust, besides improving the communication channel, managers should pay more attention the employees' opinion and give more decision right, share knowledge and teamwork. |
