臺灣船務代理業經營實務問題探討

A Study on Current Problems Concerning Taiwan Shipping Agency Practices

本文論述臺灣定期貨櫃航線船務代理進出口業務，包括承攬、運務、客服、文件、載貨證券、人事、財務與會計實務。由於其實務專述文獻相當有限，本文以實務經驗紀錄為主軸，分析前述船務代理業務性質，並將所遭遇實務問題，予以分析、探討及建議。最後對二十一世紀，臺灣未來船務代理組織規劃與營運策略，提出展望，終於結論，進而研擬有效建議；期盼對海運業有實質助益。

This article focuses on business relating to those daily works of shipping agency, those affairs of inbound and outbound shipment as well as container liner. It includes sales, operation, customer service, documents, bill of lading, personnel, finance and accounting in daily practices. In consideration of no many academic papers concerning Taiwan's shipping agents in container transport business, this article focuses on shipping practices and case study. It analyzes the aforementioned nature and routine operation of shipping agency. It explores, discusses, and recommends proposal for trouble shooting. At the final stage, this thesis proposes prospect, plan of organization and strategy of business for Taiwan's shipping agents. It aims to provide useful reference to Taiwan shipping industry in Twenty-First century.
