智慧校园是信息化发展的新阶段。在从数字校园到智慧校园的建设过程中，加强智慧校园的顶层设计，构建智慧校园建设的通用架构模型具有十分重要的意义。在智慧校园中开展典型应用对于推动智慧校园的建设和应用进程具有良好的示范带动作用。为了探索智慧校园的建设模式，该文在分析智慧校园的内涵特征和关键技术的基础上，设计了智慧校园建设总体架构模型。该模型从下到上依次分为感知层、网络层、数据层、应用层和服务层，通过构建信息标准与规范体系、运行维护与安全体系来保障智慧校园的规范建设与运行维护；然后从智慧教育、智慧科研和智慧管理方面分析了智慧校园的典型应用，为智慧校园的示范推广应用提供参考。

Smart campus is a new stage of development of information technology. From the digital campus to the smart campus， it has very important significance that strengthens the top-level design of smart campus and builds the overall architecture model of smart campus. Typical applications carried out in the smart campus has a good role model to promote the construction and application process for the smart campus. In order to explore the construction mode of smart campus， the overall architecture model is designed based on the analysis of connotation characteristics and key technologies of smart campus， which includes the perception layer， network layer， data layer， application layer and service layer from bottom to top. Construction standard and operation maintenance of smart campus is ensured through information Standards， Standard system， Operation maintenance and Security system. Finally this paper prospects typical applications of smart campus through smart teachings， smart experiment ，smait research and smart management.
