This study analyzes K12 teacher profiles and distance learning process data in Moodle learning management platform by using learning analytics technology, such as the correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and social network analysis, points the factors which affect the training effect and social interaction. And the analysis results were supplemented by individual interview. According to the results of the analysis, we have gained enlightenments in the design of curriculum contents, interaction organization, learning tasks, feedback of test and the guidance and intervention for tutors in order to improve quality and effectiveness of teacher’s distance training. |
