A large number of Taiwan financial department graduates enter the job market every year, how to help our students to gain market advantage is school policy. We adopt qualitative and quantitative methods, the use of questionnaires and interviews to study how the school policy for graduation threshold affect different background enrollment in school activities of students to have any impact on course selection? The empirical results show that individual student will focus on planning for course selection. Therefore, a good time table for course should consider the arrangement between school tutoring sessions with students and working time. Second, the teacher must also be suggested have dialogue with students in the course. |
