本文之研究目的,在瞭解知覺主管之支持與員工自我發展及工作投入之間的關係。資料來源係針對台灣企業員工進行問卷調查,獲得員工之有效問卷237份,以多元階層迴歸分析期間之影響關係,並對研究假設進行檢測。研究結果顯示,知覺主管支持與員工自我發展呈顯著正相關;知覺主管支持與工作投入呈顯著正相關;工作投入對員工自我發展有顯著的正向影響;知覺主管支持會經由工作投入正向影響員工的自我發展意願。本研究結論與建議可作為未來研究與管理實務之參考。
英文摘要
The purpose of this study was to understand relationship among employees perceived supervisor support , employee self-enhancement and job involvement. Data for this study were obtained questionnaires from business employees, 237 valid surveys were returned and the hierarchical regression was used in testing the research hypotheses. Results of this study indicated that the influences of perceived supervisor support on employee self-enhancement were positive. Perceived supervisor support and job involvement demonstrated a significant and positive relationship. Job involvement was significantly positive related to employee self-enhancement. Job involvement mediated the positive relationship between perceived supervisor support and employee self-enhancement. According to the results of this study, theoretical and managerial implications and the future research directions were also discussed.
