音樂治療對心肌梗塞病患之焦慮程度及生理反應之成效

Effectiveness of Music Therapy on Anxiety and Physiological Responses for Patients with Myocardial Infarction

本研究目的在探討音樂治療對心肌梗塞病人焦慮程度及生理反應之成效，採類實驗性研究設計，兩組前後測，實驗組及對照組各30位病人。實驗組接受41分鐘音樂聆聽，對照組採常規照護。研究工具以焦慮視覺類比量表，及非侵入性生理儀器監測心跳、呼吸、血壓、血氧濃度。研究結果發現病人接受音樂治療後，焦慮感受視覺類比量表得分平均5.3降至2.8（t=11.82, p< .001）呈顯著下降，生理指標方面，音樂介入能有效降低病人心跳（t=3.70, p< .01）、呼吸（t=4.80, p< .001）、收縮壓（t=14.41, p<.001）、舒縮壓（t=2.50, p< .01）、平均動脈壓（t=7.66, p< .001），心肌梗塞病人聆聽音樂的確能達到減緩焦慮功效。本研究結果，可提供臨床護理人員運用音樂治療減緩病人焦慮之參考，以達人性化護理之目標。

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of picture prompt teaching The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of music therapy on level of anxiety and physiological responses for patients with myocardial infarction. A quasi-experimental design and purposive sampling were applied in this study. The participants were assigned to music intervention group (30 patients) or control group (30 patients). The music-group participants received 41-minute music intervention while the control-group participants received only routine nursing care. Visual Analogue Scale of Anxiety (VAAS ), heartbeat, breathing, blood pressure, and blood oxygen saturation were collected. The results of this study showed that after music listening, there was a decrease in the level of anxiety. The average score of VAAS decreased from 5.3 to 2.8. Heartbeat rate, breathing rate, diastolic pressure, systolic pressure, and average arterial pressure all decreased after music intervention. We concluded that music listening is associated with a deccresed level of anxiety and distress among myocardial infarction patients. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference for clinical nurses to utilize music therapy programs to facilitate achieving the goal of holistic care.
