本研究旨在發展幼兒教師創造力人格特質量表及創造力教學行為量表。在前導研究,透過200位幼兒教師蒐集預試資料,進行項目分析和探索性因素分析。接著,782位幼兒教師參與正式調查,以進行驗證性因素分析。研究結果發現:兩份量表的信效度良好,基本適配度、整體適配度及內在適配度指標均堪稱理想。幼兒教師創造力人格特質量表包括:獨立挑戰性、積極精幹性、變通獨創性、好奇求知性,以及想像敏銳性等五個分量表。幼兒教師創造力教學行為量表包括:挑戰獨立、鼓勵支持、合作討論、評量動機,以及彈性自由等五個分量表。
英文摘要
The purpose of this study was to develop the Creative Personality Scale and the Teaching Behaviors Scale for Creativity for Preschool Teachers. These two scales were administered to 200 preschool teachers for item analysis and explore factor analysis in the pilot study. Subsequently, 782 preschool teachers participated in the main survey for confirmatory factor analysis. Regarding the results, most indicators fit the data in terms of overall it, preliminary fit and internal structure fit measures. Both of the scales showed satisfactory reliability and validity. The Creative Personality Scale for Preschool Teachers consisted of five subscales, namely independence and challenge, initiative and capability, flexibility and originality, curious and knowing, as well as imagination and intuition. The Teaching Behaviors Scale for Creativity for Preschool Teachers comprised five subscales, including challenge and independence, encouragement and support, cooperation and discussion, assessment and motivation, and flexibility and freedom.
