Nonprofit organizations are usually running under conditions of much limited resources. To ensure smooth operation, they have to look outward for support from volunteers, Aiming at the decision processes of volunteers of Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts (KMFA), the questionnaire was adopted to survey the volunteer& motivation, the information collection channels, the consideration factors, the practical working situation and the satisfaction degree. Based on cluster analysis on the responses, the test volunteers are divided into five different Motivation Groups. Finally, these different Motivation Groups and the demography characters are taken as exogenous variables to undertake one-way ANOVA analysis in order to realize the dissimilar situations between groups so as to provide further marketing and management strategies. |
