中國大陸自 1978 年經濟改革開放以來,其經濟發展牽動全球經貿變化。許多企業雖已在中國經商多年,但仍無法完全規避中國制度環境的各種不確定性衝擊。準此,本研究提出中國大陸國家制度螺旋此一動態的制度概念性架構,用以解釋一般大陸外資企業如何捲入該螺旋中,因而受制於高度的制度鑲嵌而影響其成長與發展。本研究更利用 AU 公司此一獨特性個案,解釋該公司又是如何建立制度邏輯與發展制度性策略,藉以成功地逆轉該國家制度螺旋,奠定其在中國大陸成長之基礎。本研究據此延伸制度理論之解釋,並提供廠商進入中國大陸經商之參考建議。
The economic revolution of the Mainland China after 1987 considerably influences the global economies and trades. Although many companies have formed in China for years, they cannot still avoid the threats of uncertainties from the China’s institutional environment. This study proposes a conceptual framework of dynamic institution of the Mainland China’s national institutional spiral to explain how most foreign companies were drawn into the spiral with high institutional embeddedness that restricts their growths. This study further draws on a unique case of AU Corporation to demonstrate how this company develops its institutional logic and plans institutional strategy to successfully reverse the spiral to establish its growth foundation in China. Finally, this paper extends understanding of institutional theory and provides practical suggestions for firms in China. |
