The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between strategic al1iance success factors and financial performances by using Taiwan high technology industries. This study provides an integrated framework that conceptualizes multifaceted antecedents pertaining to financial performance of Taiwan’s high-tech industry relation to strategic alliances. It is also useful for a firm’s planning of alliance activities as a measure of achieving their business objectives and will help high-tech manufacturing executives determine their companies’ strengths and weaknesses and lead to future improvements in business operations. The results indicate that joint ventures alliances formed by Taiwan high technology firms positively associated with the financial performances. |
