透過個案研究法 (case study),本研究以一個兒童個案為對象,在敘事治療取向的諮商過程中,記錄分析兒童個案的問題故事和視框資源以及與兒童個案發展的另類故事所經歷的轉變歷程。本研究的結果由與小予媽媽、小予的幼稚園老師、小予哥哥及小予本人進行問題故事的訪談,從不同觀點當中得知問題故事在小予生活中的運作方式,並經由對問題故事的理解與反思得到多元的視框資源。研究者帶著視框資源陪伴小予進入了共同解構問題故事與建構另類故事歷程。小予另類故事的整個歷程由八個篇章所組成,它們分別是「很新很新的你」、「卡拉姬與卡拉巫粉墨登場」、「卡拉巫的詭計」、「搗蛋哥哥的頑皮鬼雞腿卡拉布來了」、「收集聰明的遊戲」、「我是作家」、「搗蛋鬼被我趕跑了」與「珍珠美人魚獎狀」,在這八次的工作歷程中厚實呈現小予的轉變與成長以及助人工作的整個歷程。
英文摘要
This research employed the case study method on a child subject, Yu. The researcher recorded and analyzed her problem-saturated story and resources from the frames during the narrative therapy process. The changes throughout the development of her alternative story were also studied. The interviews with Yu’s mother, kindergarten teacher, elder brother and Yu herself about her problem-saturated story revealed different views about how the problem-saturated story worked out in Yu’s life. Multiple resources from the frames were also obtained by understanding and reflecting over the problem-saturated story. The researcher used the resources from the frames and accompanied Yu to enter the process of deconstructing the problem-saturated story and constructing the alternative story. The reconstruction of Yu’s alternative story comprised eight chapters, namely “A Brand New You, ” “The Debut of Kalagi and Kalawu, ” “Kalawu’s Tricks, ” “Here Comes the Troublemaker-Drumstick Kalabu, ” “A Game to Collect Intelligence, ” “I am a Writer, ” “I Fought off the Troublemaker, ” and “Pearl Mermaid’s Award. ” The thick description of Yu’s changes, growth and the entire helping process was presented during these eight sessions of the working process.
