One dimensional tungsten oxide nanowires have exhibited distinctive electrochromic, gaschromic properties. In this study, we demonstrate an innovative method to fabricate the large-scale tungsten oxide nanowires on silicon substrate. The Vapor-Solid (VS) growth is the suggested growth mechanism, while the nitrogen-doping tungsten oxide nanowires were fabricated via the ammonia decomposition during the formation process. Their field emission nano-devices were successful fabricated and characterized. |
