本研究旨在探究國中小教師對以360 度評鑑與回饋,應用在教師評鑑的態度及相關問題的看法。為達此目的,本研究抽取台灣南部地區之24 位國中小學教師為樣本,以研究者自編之工具,採取陳述性問卷調查的方式進行。本研究之主要結果為:一、360 度評鑑回饋之系統觀點可試行於教師評鑑之推動。二、教師認為自己本身最適宜進行教師評鑑,最不適宜的對象為學生。三、教師認為衡量擔任教師評鑑者之規準有:安全性、專業性、周延性、公平性及客觀性。四、教師對360 度評鑑回饋系統的認知紛歧,有採積極肯定與正向接納者,亦有排斥質疑者。五、在公平與合理的條件下,教師願意以360 度評鑑回饋的資訊作為自己教學行為改變的參考。
英文摘要
The purpose of this study was to examine the elementary and junior high school teachers’ attitudes and related opinions towards 360 degree feedback evaluation system. To achieve the goal, twenty-four teachers were sampled from elementary schools and junior high schools of Southern Taiwan, and the self-statement questionnaire was executed in thestudy. The findings of the study were listed as follows:1.The perspectives of 360 degree feedback evaluation system could be applied to teacher evaluation. 2.Teachers themselves were the most appropriate subjects to evaluate teachers with 360 degree feedback evaluation system. 3.The criteria of good evaluators on 360 degree feedback evaluationincluded security, professionalism, comprehensiveness, equity, and objectiveness. 4.Not all teachers had an affirmative tendency to 360 degree feedback evaluation system. Some of them were dubious about this evaluation approach. 5. Under the conditions of equity and reasonableness or rationality, teachers are willing to change their teaching behavior based on the information from 360 degree evaluation.
