人類布氏桿菌病之實驗室診斷

布氏桿菌症在台灣已絕跡近30 年，2011 年的境外移入案件，提醒大家在交通發達的現在，在國外（尤其疫區）時對此疾病不可輕忽。本篇文章論述布氏桿菌症之實驗室診斷以及提醒醫師及實驗室工作人員此菌之高感染性，在操作時需注意生物安全相關規定。

Imported patients of brucellosis, a disease that was not present in Taiwan for nearly 30 years, were reported in 2011. It reminds us of the possible threat of this neglected zoonosis. The scope of this article is to review laboratory techniques in diagnosis of human brucellosis and reminds us for the post-exposure prophylaxis and serological follow up for exposed laboratory staff.
